The Story

This stunning custom home is nestled amongst the prairie grass in a suburban area outside of Denver Colorado. The interiors boast pops of saturated colors and beautiful textures. “Each space is unique unto itself”, says the homeowner, “there is a surprise element in very room!”. Our client’s ask; each space be comfortable, unique but usable, our specialty! We were able to take their vision and love for color coupled with thoughtful layering in every room to achieve their ask. A fun fact about this 18 month build project, the client was able to live in Eagle during the construction process to be close to their daughter, son-in-law, and new granddaughter while still being close enough to be involved in their construction project. Congratulations to our amazing client on the newest member of their family!
