Positions Available

Interior Designer – Littleton, Colorado
Here is what you will need for this position:

– College degree in Interior Design
– 3+ years of experience in Interior Design within the interior design industry; must be able to show experience in space planning, client interactions, specifying appropriate furnishings, and fixed finishes
– Must have client facing & presentation experience
– Exquisite design selection and execution
– Highly self-motivated, excellent self-manager and loves to hustle!
– Must be detail oriented, have ability to multitask and solid time management skills
– Excellent at problem solving
– Comfortable switching between administrative and creative tasks
– Strong at negotiating with vendors and persuasive with clients
– Exceptional at AutoCAD
– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, fast paced environment
– Comfortable travelling around the Denver Metro area + beyond

Junior Designer – Littleton, Colorado
Here is what you will need for this position:

– College degree in Interior Design is encouraged
– Proficient in CAD
– Assist with developing space plans and prepare CAD plus other drawings to simulate project requirements
– Assist with selections of materials and furnishings for client presentations
– Assist with preparing visual design presentations for client meetings
– Assist with preparing pricing and specification information for client presentations
– Assist with photography and measuring spaces/furnishings
– Create Inspiration Boards
– Assist with material library management
– Comfortable switching between administrative and creative tasks
– Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Proficient verbal and written communication skills
– Must be detail oriented and loves to hustle!

(2) Senior Designer – Littleton, Colorado
Here is what you will need for this position:

– College degree in Interior Design
– 6-8 years of minimum experience in the Interior Design industry; must be able to show experience in space planning, client interactions, specifying appropriate furnishings, and fixed finishes
– Experience with client and project management
– Must have client facing & presentation experience
– Exquisite design selection and execution
– Construction administration experience
– Project management experience
– Highly self-motivated, excellent self manager, and loves to hustle!
– Must be detail oriented, have ability to multitask, and solid time management skills
– Excellent problem solving
– Comfortable switching between administrative and creative tasks
– Strong at negotiating with vendors and persuasive with clients
– Exceptional at AutoCAD
– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, fast-paced environment
– Comfortable traveling around the Denver metro area
