Clinton St. Conservatory

The Story

This full main-level renovation was designed to bring in more light, improve functionality, and create a fresh, elevated feel for a busy family of five. By removing a double hallway and installing a structural beam, we opened up the kitchen to maximize flow and usability. The expanded layout now features custom cabinetry, double islands for dining and prep, and dedicated zones for coffee and wine which is perfect for a family that loves to host. A new glass-paneled double front door and softer window treatments transformed the home with natural light, while updated mudroom and laundry spaces add both personality and practicality. In the dining room, a refined tray ceiling and shimmering wallpaper create a striking yet elegant focal point. The result is a bright, open-concept home that balances clean design with warmth and character, tailored for everyday living, entertaining, and a new chapter with growing teenage boys.
