The Story

When our longtime client called to tell us they purchased a home with great bones but an out of date interior in a fabulous neighborhood in the Palm Desert area, we were thrilled to help them turn this into their ideal California escape. These snowbirds decided to make Indian Wells their winter home to avoid the Colorado cold. With a prime location seated alongside a prestigious golf course and surrounded by welcoming neighbors, their new house was dated and far from their style. Once we put our plan in place and partnered with contractor Shawn Clark, we were able to create their dream retreat. This major renovation project took on the main portion of the house to reconstruct the flow and function of their living room, dining room, kitchen, family, master bath and refresh of the remainder of the home. After the construction piece was complete, it was time to turn this once-traditional ranch into a fresh, clean, and vibrant place to call home. Mission accomplished!
